Week 1-2, Jan 31 - Feb 10, 2023
Welcome to Physics 11! We will begin with an introduction to Physics using Sports as a way to look at motion. Whether it be surfing a wave or skating across the ice motion plays a role in how we play. Kinematics looks at defining motion, (into to vectors), and the interplay of displacement and time. Throughout the semester there will be plenty of practice problems, labs to investigate theories and assessments of learning. Staying up to date with class content will be important and missed classes are the student's responsibility. Having a buddy in the class will be a helpful way to know what was missed. This blog will provide an overview of what we have done and where we are going. Some assignments documents will be attached to the website as well. I'm looking forward to a great semester!
