Welcome to Adventures Outdoors 10! The program will integrate Science 10 and Phys Ed 10. The focus will be on outdoor and experiential activities so the students should be willing to engage with their environment. We will try and make use of good weather so the students must be flexible. Handouts will be posted on this website homepage under AO10 and Sci10.
The first few weeks we will start with leadership activities, field games and our first field excursions. More details soon.
