Week 1-3, Sep 6-22, 2023
Welcome to Adventures Outdoors 10! The program will integrate Science 10 and Phys Ed 10. The focus will be on outdoor and experiential activities so the students should be willing to engage with their environment. We will try and make use of good weather so the students must be flexible. A loose plan will be posted here along with some assessment pieces. Handouts will be posted on the website homepage under AO10 and Sci10.
The first few weeks we will start with leadership activities, field games and our first field excursions. More details will be available at the Parent Meeting on Thursday Sep 7 at 6:00pm via Zoom email invite.
Field Trips to be ready for include Tennis at the Lewis Centre and Big Canoeing at Comox Lake!
