Week 8 - Oct 24-28, 2022
During the Environmental Science portion of the course we will explore the definitions of terms like: sustainability, old growth and biomass. Then we will learn about a variety of different types of forestry with a focus on methods that preserve the ecology of a region as much as possible. Several case studies and forest work will help inform these assessments.
