Week 2 - Sep 12-16, 2022
Beginning with germinating seeds we will plant our own garden at the same time as discussing the founder of genetics Gregor Mendel's pea plants. We will explore DNA as a molecule, replication, heredity and various introductory examples of genotypes and phenotypes with our understanding of alleles.
In PE we will continue with some individual games like bocce but also start racket sports. We will be walking to Lewis Park to play tennis on the courts there, drills, practice and a non-competitive round-robin.
